For Providers
Greenwoods provides increased access to care via our core service of matching clients with carefully selected network providers, and by providing subsidies for those who need financial assistance.
When a client schedules an appointment with Greenwoods, we provide a comprehensive clinical assessment which we use to match clients to therapists within our network.
Greenwoods has over 160 licensed mental health clinicians in our provider network. Joining the network is free and in addition to providing referrals, we offer CEC, CPR, and Narcan trainings, peer-to-peer luncheons, and other networking events.
Join Our Network
The process for joining our provider network is as follows:
- Complete the Provider Application. See “Provider Forms” for application content. Send completed paperwork to Michele Sonnati, Operations Manager, at msonnati@greenwoodsreferrals.org.
- Participate in an informational call with the Assistant to the Executive Director to review the referral process.
- Participate in a virtual meeting with our clinical team where you can introduce yourself to our clinicians and share information about your practice and the referrals you are seeking.
- You are then added to our Provider Network and will receive direct communication from our clinicians about potential referrals.
