The Community Outreach & Recovery Navigators at Greenwoods help those struggling with addiction as well as their loved ones. We travel the county to meet with clients, families, and community organizations. Our services are free, confidential, and available for anyone living or working in Litchfield County.

Free Narcan (naloxone)
Narcan reverses an opioid overdose. Request a free kit and we’ll get it to you.

Training for businesses, organizations, and community groups on how substance use affects people and families, how to recognize when someone needs help, and how to connect them to support.

Litchfield County Opiate Task Force
Greenwoods is an actively involved with the Litchfield County Opiate Task Force. The Task Force organizes its work around four essential goals: improving access to care, enhancing collaboration and data sharing between and amongst service providers, addressing addiction in the community, and sharing information and resources about addiction, prevention, harm reduction, and treatment.
